Battles are fought between two teams of five. Three main network modes: Hostage - Stormtroopers must rescue a hostage by breaking through the barricades and traps of the defense team; Seize the Position - requires capturing and holding a chemical weapons container in an attempt to prevent enemies from breaking in for 10 seconds; Charge - you must trigger a deactivator or kill all members of the opposing faction. These are designed to teach players basic mechanics and represent the abilities of operatives.
Anti-Terror matches are available. They require a variety of cooperative attack and defense missions. Opponents are fighters controlled by artificial intelligence. The mode features randomization of locations, time of day, quests and other elements.
