There is absolutely no reason why these drives can't be re-sized. Even if it blows up - who cares? I just re-image. If you ghost them regularly, why not just use Ghost to resize the partitons then? Sure, when you load the partitions from an image you can specify a new size. How do you do this? We use Ghost here. Boot from floppy, select image, select destination.
