You may need to look for it under the DirectX Plug-ins menu. While your audio file is playing, select an effect from the Effects window that's on the right side of the FX Pad's interface. You can change the selected effect's parameters by dragging your mouse around the pad surface. Change parameters automatically by turning on the Autosweep button that's in the lower left part of the interface. You can change the range of the Autosweep function by dragging the center of the ellipse the path that the Autosweep is following across the pad surface , or any of the nodes on the ellipse itself.

Try typing 'Free DirectX Plugins' in any search engine. Cakewalk by BandLab is free. I put it on a floppy and refered to it when i needed. I think once i learn to use all the features of Pyro,it will be better than Nero. Having the users manual would expedite this. Max Output Level: I find the help file to be exceptionally good. Maybe one of the utilities that are available to convert help files to PDF may allow you to print the file if necessary? Personally I would rather call up the help file when I need to access it.

FYI for donvito, click on "Recording Audio" from the opening help page in Pyro , then click on "recording from your stereo" - Very thorough information IMO on everything from RCA connectors, getting the right cables, adapters, etc, including excellent illustrations. I understand there are users who prefer a manual - maybe a search for a utility as described above might be the best solution for you. I found several, but unfortunately didn't find any that were freeware.
