Aquos update problems

I have a Sharp lccufes that is made in Poland for UMC corporate and i tried to update the firmware because i want to use netflix function. I followed the instructions in the web, i donwloaded the file, unzip it in free fat32 usb and plug it in tv, when the message says do you want to update firmware?

No progress bar, and the tv is dead now. If i try to start the tv the red led flash to White and then red and then White but nothing happen. The power is ok. What can i do? Help Please. Try this , is meant for an older usa sharp set but if your lucky maybe this recovery method still works.
